Relationship Property Division in New Zealand: The Experiences of Separated People

An interdisciplinary research team, led by Otago University, used interviews and an online survey to examine how separated couples in New Zealand are making decisions about their post-separation relationship property division. This research will help inform the review of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 (PRA).
